Tasting

Its robe is that of a delicate rose speckled with pinkish-orange glitter, which enhances the dance of its thin lines of bubbles. The bouquet expresses gourmand hints of ripe redcurrants, raspberries and strawberries. The mouthfeel is crisp, the flavour full of fruit, delightfully fresh and well-balanced: the pleasure brought by this wine is long-lasting with a long berry-flavoured finish enriched by its melting dosage.
