This cuvée is made by using a traditional dosage (from 1800). The bouquet is delightful; it expresses gourmand fragrances of fruit in syrup, mirabelle plums, apricots and ripe yellow plums. The immediate mouthfeel is crunchy, gourmand without being heavy, with delicate freshness relying on very expressive fruit flavours.
This champagne is the essential companion of gourmet meals, when the effervescence perfectly lightens up the combination of wine with the sweetness of dessert.
